As we started to introduce the Black Eagle Fuel Enhancer into different regions, I always got the same two questions: “How does the Fuel Enhancer work, and why is it unique from other solutions on the market?” In this article I will answer both.
What makes Black Eagle unique?
There are several fuel improvement and fuel economy improvement devices on the market; Fuel Filters, water separators, water absorption solutions for fuel tanks, fuel polishing systems, additives, and fuel saving devices sold on the aftermarket. All have their functions and applications, many of which are compatible or complementary to the ones from the Black Eagle Fuel Enhancer. So how is the Black Eagle Fuel Enhancer unique? The Black Eagle Fuel Enhancer is the only autonomous, independently functioning device, that successfully achieves the boosting of fuel through a chemical process, without the need for additives, and without the need to modify the existing structure of the internal combustion systems.
Important to note is that, in contrast to the fuel filter whose main function is to clean the fuel of all impurities contained in the fuel tank, the Fuel Enhancer manages to boost the fuel and does not displace or replace such filter which maintains its original function.
The Black Eagle fuel enhancer device boosts the fuel through two internal phases. In the first phase a patented chemical component performs the dehydration process, eliminating all water molecules absorbed in the fuel. In the second phase, another chemical component eliminated contaminants and heavy hydrocarbons through adsorption and desorption process.
The fuel enters the enhancer device through a coupling (01) which directs the fuel into the device through a tube (05), the fuel is filtered by a metallic mesh and enters the lower section of the device wherein the silica gel component is located. Subsequently, a second phase is initiated as the fuel fills the device and makes contact with the activated charcoal compound for organic compounds, purifying and dehydrating the organic wastes, finding an escape route towards the tube (04) which has a filter coming out from the other end of a top threaded cover (03) wherein an outlet coupling (02) is located and facing the engine injection section.
The fuel enhancer provides “high energy and performance efficiency”, purifying fuel while working, refining and improving the quality of hydrocarbons mixtures of all kinds in their different states (gaseous and liquids) very quickly, and continuously eliminates the compounds of residual substances (not sensitive to moisture), vapours and all humidity thereof, by injection into the combustion chamber of an excellent and high efficiency product. The use of a higher calorific value and stability of fuel results into a more efficient combustion process, which brings the following key features to the user of the engine:
a) Substantially improved power and acceleration;
b) Higher efficiency to the fuel;
c) Reduction of harmful gas emissions such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), thus avoiding the contamination of the environment.
d) Extended engine component life; injectors, turbo, and catalyst.
